The Inaugural Season of the A7FL Division in Florida Culminates with the Tampa A-TEAM as Champions
The Tampa A-Team won the first ever championship in the Florida division of the A7FL. Tampa took down the Orlando Ghost 26-14, spearheaded by a strong running game and stellar defensive effort. Running back and defensive back Demetrius West led the way on offense and defense, sealing the game with an interception late in the fourth quarter. Tampa A-Team quarterback Gray finished with two rushing touchdowns of his own, showing off his incredible elusiveness in multiple goal-to-go situations.
The A-Team finished the season with only one loss. They will head to New Jersey to compete in the National Final Four on July 11th on FITE.
