A7FL Inks Deal with Stadium to Air League’s “Games of the Week” Football Package Nationwide

Stadium Deal Includes 2 live games per Sunday, starting April 3, including the 2022 A7FL Championship

– The American 7s Football League and Stadium have announced a new broadcast partnership that will bring the A7FL’s 7-on7 no helmets no pads full tackle football excitement to new and existing fans nationwide. Starting Sunday, April 3, Stadium will feature the A7FL’s top teams facing off in a doubleheader “Games of the Week” package. With the American 7s’ 2022 season just underway, fans across the country can now check out the top teams in action on Stadium every Sunday from 1 pm-7 pm EDT. Stadium will also carry the A7FL playoffs, culminating in the 2022 Championship slated to be held on July 10.

Now entering its 8^th season, the A7FL’s popularity continues to explode – in 2021 the league topped 200 million total video views and grew to 750,000+ social media followers. As the A7FL has expanded to 9 divisions –Cincinnati, Florida, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, San Diego, Washington DC

– and 20 teams across the country, its added new distribution including FITE, WAVE.tv, and now Stadium, and a number of new sponsors have also joined the fold, including Cricket Wireless, Augusta Sportswear, Marshawn Lynch’s ZoomBang / Beast Mode, and Herff-Jones.

The A7FL on Stadium Sunday schedule includes cutdown versions of the prior week’s games airing on Sundays back-to-back at 11 am and 12 pm ET leading into the live “Games of the Week” starting at 1 pm ET. In addition, starting April 6 Stadium will air the prior Sunday’s cutdown game replays on Wednesday nights at 8:30 pm ET and 9:30 pm ET.
