A7FL 2025 Champions Trenton BIC to Face Dexter McCluster and Top Regional Tryout Participants in Scouting Showcase
Hampton Beach, NH – The American 7s Football League (A7FL®) and the Beach Football League® (BFL) are launching a new chapter in alternative football with a special two-day event on Saturday and Sunday, July 19–20, 2025, at Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, designed to scout, evaluate, and build the foundation for a future BFL/A7FL team based in the region.
This crossover marks the first official competition between A7FL’s hard-hitting no-helmet format and BFL’s elite sand-based competition. This event is more than an all-star exhibition. It’s a competitive football showcase and open tryout, featuring 1-on-1 matchups, evaluative drills, and team formulation on-site. Players will compete for a spot on the emerging New Hampshire-based BFL team while going head-to-head with the 2025 A7FL champions, Trenton BIC, and a BFL All-Star roster including former NFL Pro Bowler Dexter McCluster and elite sand-football athletes.

A Launchpad for the Next BFL/A7FL Franchise
This event represents a key phase in A7FL and BFL’s expansion strategy. Rather than a static showcase, the weekend will serve as a live evaluation camp, where players will be scouted for placement in both leagues’ development pipelines. Participants will compete in 1-on-1 drills, undergo team evaluations, and form a squad onsite to face Trenton BIC the following day.
Saturday will feature player evaluations, 1-on-1 competitions, and team formulation. Sunday will culminate in a high-intensity scrimmage where those selected will face off against the championship Trenton BIC squad and the BFL All-Stars.
