It’s Conference Championship Weekend! Who Will Make It to the A7FL Championship on July 23?

The A7FL Conference Championships take us to the final stop before the Battle Of Bullhead, as we touch down in the Queen City of Cincinnati, OH, as the A7FL crowns their first Eastern and Western Conference Champions

A7FL 🏈 A7FL Final 4 🔥 2023 Championship: Tampa Nightcrawlers vs Baltimore Watchmen 🔥

Starting off our day is a rivalry game that has been 365 days in the making as the Northeast division champion Baltimore Watchmen battle the Southeastern champion, The Tampa Nightcrawlers.

In 2022 Tampa was two minutes away from advancing to the A7FL’s semi-final round and on  the back of Roekim Chaney and the infamous “Baltimore Special,” were sent home feeling sucker punched by the team from Charm City.

Now riding in on an undefeated season and adding former NFL All-Pro Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, the Nightcrawlers look for revenge and to get back a win they left behind in Delaware in 2022.

On the opposite side of the street, The Baltimore Watchmen walk into this game with possibly the toughest schedule of the remaining four teams, defeating the Paterson U and Silk City  Animals in the playoffs and taking their only loss to then-defending champion Trenton BIC in the regular season.

Now with the two-headed dragon Quarterback tandem known as Jon Gause and Roekim Chaney alongside a defense anchored by Ricardo Freeman and Nick Mays, the Watchmen feel the time is NOW for Baltimore to win its first A7FL Championship in five seasons.

Our second showdown feature two undefeated teams that have provided nothing but Bulletin Board material as the Cin-City Chaos will battle the Las Vegas Insomniacs for the Western Conference crown.

With former Bishop Sycamore player Dre Pope finding himself to be the anchor of a voracious Chaos Defense and an offense built around explosive QB Keno Thomas, the Chaos look to be the first non-east coast team to fight for an A7FL title.

And while the game will be in Ohio, the Chaos are walking in the decided underdog against an Insomniacs team that features some of the most dynamic athletes in the league, with former Cornhusker Kenny Mack blocking on the offensive line for QB Scott Hamilton, RB Anthony Wilkerson and all around offensive threat Trey Robinson.

On top of a defense that allowed fewer points than any other team… but the Chaos.
